wem init
$ wem init tes3
The wem init command will initialize an env by creating a .cfg file at $HOME/.config/wem.
You may optionally configure the env during init by passing command-line arguments, run wem help to see all available arguments, or check out the wem run documentation.
$ wem init tes3 --wine-dlloverrides dinput,d3d8=n,b
